1: Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers will need to send their products to our warehouse in China. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

2: Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period 30 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.

Refund Policy

1: The products are fine, but you changed your mind and don't need it any more ,the parcel can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order,you should pay for the return shipping cost ,we will refund for you once we get it your return information such as tracking number or post receipt .

2: If you are not satisfied the item ‘s quality when you receive your item, please return it within 14 days for a money back. Please contact us before you return it.
